Dennis Hanson Scholarship Fund

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering or the Department of Computer Science in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
2. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Recipients shall be Iowa residents as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
4. Preference shall be given to at least one (1) student recipient annually who through their experiences, activities, and academic work will contribute to student body diversity, and/or students who have demonstrated leadership or significant participation in the Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) program, as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
This award shall be made available to students of sophomore, junior or senior class standing.
