Laura Brenner Deeny Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students at Iowa State University enrolled in either the College of Art & Design or Human Sciences. Majors of: Art & Design, Design (interdisciplinary), Graphic Design, Integrated Studio Arts, Landscape Architecture, Child Adult & Family Services, Culinary Science, Dietetics, Diet and Exercise, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Secondary Education Licensure, Family & Consumer Sciences Education and Studies, Family Finance Housing & Policy, Food Science or Nutritional Science. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients shall demonstrate leadership skills as evidenced by participation in extracurricular or community organizations and activities, as well as academic achievement. Preference shall be given to residents of the state of Iowa.
