John Hoyt Chaloud Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be citizens of the United States as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy.

2. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid.

3. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
