Jim and Sandy Elkin Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in any area of study at Iowa State University.
2. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
3. Recipients shall be students who have graduated from Webster City High School in Webster City, Iowa.
This award shall be made available to a first-year student.
