Neil Harl Scholarship For Excellence

The award shall be open to both in-state and out-of-state incoming first-year students, regardless of their academic majors. To be eligible for consideration and applicant/nominee must:
a. Be the No. 1-or 2-ranked student or rank in the top 5 percent of his or her high school class at the end of six, seven, or eight semesters of high school work.
b. Have established a record of outstanding achievement, as well, in extracurricular activities or some other personal activity outside the classroom.
