Ulland Family FIRST Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) program at Iowa State University. Recipients shall be students who participated in a Junior FIRST® Lego League, FIRST® Lego League, FIRST® Tech Challenge or FIRST® Robotics Competition while in K-12, as determined by the administering authority. First preference shall be given female students as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy. Second preference shall be given to students from Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa, in that order, as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy. This award shall be made available to incoming first-year and transfer students.

Administration: Should FIRST® cease to exist, the scholarship shall be directed toward students in the College of Engineering.
