Reginald R. and Jameson A. Baxter Graduate Fellowship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering.
2. Recipients shall be non-resident students (regardless of being charged tuition at the in-state or out-of-state rate).
This award shall be made available to students of graduate class standing.
