Glenn W. and Cordelia R. Sellers Graduate Research Endowment

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering graduate program with a specialty in either microwave/RF field or computer engineering.
2. Recipients shall be citizens of the United States as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy.
3. Recipients shall be graduates from the following, in order of preference: Iowa high schools; Kentucky, Texas or Minnesota high schools; or from an accredited U.S. based University.
