Dave and Katy Pepper Scholarship Fund

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering.
2. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Preference shall be given in the following order as determined by the administering authority:
a) Students majoring in construction engineering with a building emphasis
b) Students involved in construction student organizations
c) Students involved in community service
This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
