Joseph and Frances Nelson Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to junior or senior students in any curriculum in College of Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0, a citizen of the U.S., prioritized by the following geographical regions: 1. Winneshiek County – prefer Decorah, IA.; 2. Black Hawk County – prefer Waterloo, IA.; 3. Northeast Iowa area; 4. state of Iowa.
