Kenneth Jolls Undergraduate Scholarship in Chemical and Biological Engineering

Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid. Recipients shall be Iowa residents as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.

Administration: The Donor would like these scholarships to be of significant benefit to the recipients and would prefer to have fewer, larger scholarships awarded each year rather than several smaller awards.

When the administering authority considers that there is enough funding to award additional scholarship(s) without diminishing the significance of the award, the additional recipients shall meet the above stated criteria and shall be students who through their experiences, activities, and academic work will contribute to student body diversity, as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
