Griffen Family Scholarship

Per MOA dated 5/17/05: Distributions shall be used to provide two scholarships in the College of Engineering. The Dean of the College of Engineering shall be responsible for administering the distributions from the Account and applying such distributions in accordance with the following: Scholarship #1 criteria: 1. The recipient shall be a mechanical engineering major. 2. The recipient shall maintain at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale. Scholarship #2 criteria: 1. The recipient shall be chemical engineering major. 2. The recipient shall maintain at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale. Term: All Scholarships awarded hereunder shall be for one year, but may be renewed for a total of four years at the discretion of the awarding authority, provided the recipient continues to meet stated criteria. Eligibility: These scholarships shall be made available to students without regard to class standing. sj
