Herbert C. James Memorial Scholarship

Recipient shall be pursuing a degree in the College of Engineering. Recipients shall be students who are good scholars, which the parties to this Agreement have agreed to define as having a cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Recipient shall demonstrate financial need. This scholarship shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing. This scholarship may be renewed so long as recipients continue to meet stated criteria.
