KC Carter Scholarship in Civil Engineering

Recipients shall be enrolled in the civil engineering program. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need as determined by the University Office of Student Financial Aid. Preference shall be given to students who are U.S. citizens. All awards shall be for one year but may be renewed at the discretion of the administering authority so long as recipients continue to meet the above stated criteria. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
