Phillips Family Civil Engineering Scholarship

Recipients shall be majoring in civil engineering in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering. Recipients shall have a minimum grade point average that is in the top fifty percent (50%) of the class as determined by the administering authority. All awards shall be for one (1) year and may be renewed at the discretion of the administering authority so long as recipients continue to meet the above stated criteria. This award shall be made available to students of sophomore class standing. In the event there are no sophomores qualified to receive this scholarship the award may be awarded to applicants of junior or senior class standing who meet the above stated criteria.
