Bagbey Family Engineering Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the Office of Student Financial Aid. All awards shall be for one (1) year and may be renewed for up to three (3) additional years at the discretion of the administering authority so long as recipients continue to meet the above stated criteria. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.

The Donor requests that gifts received during his lifetime be used to start awarding one (1) scholarship immediately. Once the endowment is funded with a deferred gift the Donor would like these awards to be of significant benefit to the recipients and requests to have four (4) larger scholarships awarded each year. Should circumstances regarding scholarships change in the future, the administering authority shall have the discretion to update the number of scholarships.
