Joe H. Scheel Memorial Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering in the College of Engineering majoring in Civil Engineering.

2. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need, as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid.

This award shall be made available to three (3) students of senior class standing.
