Carl R. Nelson Endowed Engineering Scholarship

Students applying for this award must prepare a two or three page essay on a subject related to the construction engineering industry. This essay must be submitted with a College of Engineering Scholarship application form and sent to the College of Engineering Scholarship Coordinator by February 1 prior to the semester of the award. The award shall be open to students who: a) are majoring in Construction Engineering and are entering their sophomore year. b) are achieving academic excellence (minimum GPA of 3.0). c) have demonstrated a commitment to the construction engineering industry through prior work experience. d) have demonstrated leadership skills through extracurricular activities.
