Robert L. Carstens Scholarship in Transportation Engineering

Recipients shall be majoring in civil engineering in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering. Recipients shall be citizens of the United States as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. Recipients shall be members of either the Transportation Students Association or the Student Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers as determined by the administering authority. All awards shall be for one (1) year and may be renewed for up to one (1) additional year at the discretion of the administering authority so long as recipients continue to meet the above stated criteria. This award shall be made available to students of junior or senior class standing.
