Ralph S. Millhone Endowed Presidential Scholarship - Current Students

The award shall be open to students enrolled at ISU meeting the following conditions: a) National Merit Scholar b) Majoring in Engineering (preference will be given to Chemical Engineering majors) Note: In the event that no candidates are available in the College of Engineering, this scholarship may be awarded to another National Merit Scholar.
