David A. Van Winkle Endowed Engineering Scholarship Fund - Incoming Freshmen

The fund shall provide for an award of full tuition (in-state) if possible based on available funds. The award shall be open to students meeting the following conditions: a) Graduated from either Fort Madison High School or Aquinas High School in Fort Madison, IA b) Enrolled in either Freshman or Sophomore year in the College of Engineering c) Displays financial need.
