David and Diana VanHorn Promising Engineering Leaders Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering.
2. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
4. Preference shall be given to students who through their enrollment, experiences, and academic work will contribute to student body diversity, as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
This award shall be made available to students of junior or senior class standing.
