Raymond W. and Evelyn J. McIlvain Scholarship

This scholarship shall be awarded on the basis of financial need, academic achievement, professional potential as determined by the College, and for the distribution of funds. The award shall be open to junior and senior students majoring in Construction Engineering who plan to enter the profession.
