Ira B. Shinkle Scholarship in Civil Engineering

The recipient shall be enrolled in or accepted to the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering. All scholarships awarded hereunder shall be for one year, but may be renewed at the discretion of the Dean of the College of Engineering, or successor, provided the recipient continues to meet the stated criteria in Section III.A., above. This scholarship shall be made available to students regardless of class standing.
