William and Marilyn Hemme Scholarship

Recipients shall be majoring in electrical, computer or software engineering in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. First preference shall be given to students who are residents of Emmet, Dickinson, Clay or Palo Alto County in the State of Iowa as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy.Second preference shall be given to students who are residents of Buena Vista, Cherokee, Humboldt, Ida, Kossuth, Lyon, O’Brian, Osceola, Plymouth, Pocahontas, Sioux, Sac, Webster or Woodbury County in the State of Iowa as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. All awards shall be for one (1) year and may not be renewed. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.

The Donor would like four (4) full-tuition scholarships awarded annually until all funds have been expended.
