Richard K. Richards Scholarship in Electrical and Computer Engineering

Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. First preference shall be given to residents of the State of Iowa as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. Second preference shall be given to students who are merit based students as determined by the administering authority. All awards shall be for one (1) year and may be renewed at the discretion of the administering authority so long as recipients continue to meet the above stated criteria. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
