Robert F. Roskopf Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Recipients shall be majoring in civil engineering with an emphasis in environmental engineering. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients shall have graduated from a Minnesota or Iowa high school as determined by the administering authority. All awards shall be for one (1) year and will be renewed for up to two (2) additional years so long as recipients continue to meet the above stated criteria. This award shall be made available to students of junior class standing. In the event an eligible junior applicant cannot be identified then a student of senior class standing may be selected or a sophomore student who has a well-organized educational plan.
