Steven C. Jasper Memorial Scholarship

Recipients shall be majoring in electrical engineering. Recipients shall have demonstrated a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. First preference shall be given to applicants with an interest in digital wireless communications as determined by the administering authority. Second preference shall be given to applicants with demonstrated financial need. All scholarships awarded hereunder shall be for one year but may be renewed at the discretion of the administering authority. This scholarship shall be made available fo students with junior or senior class standing.
