Stephen and Beverly Watson Scholarship in Engineering

Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering. Recipients shall be residents of the State of Iowa as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid. Recipients shall be making good progress toward the completion of their degrees as determined by the administering authority. Recipients shall have a demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship as determined by the administering authority. Preference shall be given to students enrolled in the entrepreneurial studies minor as determined by the administering authority. This award shall be made available to students of sophomore class standing. This scholarship shall be renewed an additional two (2) years so long as recipients continue to meet stated criteria.
