Colonel Norman D. Miller Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Preference shall be given to students who have contracted with the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs. All scholarships awarded hereunder shall be for one year but may be renewed at the discretion of the administering authority provided the recipient continues to meet the stated criteria. This scholarshipshall be made available to students with undergraduate class standing.
