Patricia Werner Merten Memorial Scholarship Fund - Incoming Freshmen

The scholarship will be for a maximum of four (4) years. The award shall be open to students who: a. are enrolled in the College of Engineering b. are citizens of the United States c. have no felony convictions. Preference should be given to those who have served in the United States Armed Forces if all other criteria are considered equal. Financial need should not be a consideration.
