Tau Beta Pi Endowed Scholars Program

Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering. Recipients shall be in the top 12.5% of their class based on grade point average at the time of selection as determined by the administering authority. Recipients shall have attended Iowa State University for at least one semester as determined by the administering authority. Recipients shall have confirmed their interest in (i) participating in mentoring relationships with current Tau Beta Pi members, (ii) participating in Tau Beta Pi Engineering Futures leadership training workshops and speaker forums and (iii) being actively involved in Chapter outreach and community service activities as determined by the administering authority. All awards shall be for one (1) year and may not be renewed. This award shall be made available to students of freshman or sophomore class standing at the time of their selection.

The College shall provide the maximum number of $500 scholarships possible based on the available Distributions each year.
