James R. Black Industrial Engineering Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be selected in the following order of preference:
a. Members of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity who are majoring in industrial engineering.
b. Members of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity who are enrolled in the College of Engineering.
2. Recipients shall be United States citizens as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
3. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
4. If in any given year there are multiple equally qualified applicants, financial need level shall be used as a tie-breaker.
This award shall be made available to students of junior or senior class standing.
