David and Caroline Clizbe Memorial Scholarship

Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering. Recipients shall demonstrate financial need. Recipients shall be from Clinton County, IA. If no qualified applicants from Clinton County, IA, recipients may be selected from the following counties in Northeast Iowa: Linn, Jones, Jackson, Dubuque, Delaware, Buchanan, Fayette, Clayton, Winneshiek, or Allamakee. First preference shall be given to female students. Second preference shall be given to students with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients shall be of undergraduate class standing. This scholarship is non-renewable.

The Donor would like the available funds divided equally between two (2) recipients each year.
