Dr. Owen A. Heng Chemical and Biological Engineering Scholarship

The recipient shall be majoring in the field of Chemical and Biological Engineering. The recipient shall demonstrate a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. The recipient shall be a graduate of an Iowa High School. The recipient shall demonstrate financial need. All scholarships awarded hereunder shall be for one year, but may be renewed for one additional year (for a total of two years) upon reapplication and continued adherence to the Criteria stated in Section III, A. C. This scholarship shall be made available to full-time students with junior or senior class standing.
