Recipients shall be male students classified as junior or senior status and must be enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Technical Journalism. Shall give special consideration to students who have best demonstrated qualities of leadership, ability and future credit to the University, and who have need for financial assistance. The scholarships may be awarded to a recipient for one year or for two years.
