Richard and Linda Soukup Scholarship

Recipients shall be majoring in civil engineering. Recipients shall be U. S. citizens as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale. First preference shall be given to Iowa residents as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy. Second preference shall be given to students who have demonstrated active participation in the 4H program as determined by the administering authority. All awards shall be for one (1) year but may be renewed at the discretion of the administering authority so long as recipients continue to meet the above stated criteria. This award shall be made available to students with undergraduate class standing.
