Hobart Beresford Scholarship for Agricultural Engineering

The award shall be open to any needy sophomore, junior or senior students majoring in agricultural engineering who have the potential to further the field of agricultural engineering. It is the donor’s wish that selection of the recipient be based one-half on financial need and one-half potential. Academic accomplishment should not be the only factor used to determine potential. Such factors as character and initiative should be included. The Department has the option of awarding the scholarship to the same student in consecutive years.
