David R. Allbaugh and Jeanne M. Allbaugh Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Engineering.
2. Recipients shall be Iowa residents as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
3. Recipients shall have a high level of verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
4. Freshman recipients shall have a minimum cumulative high school grade point average of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale, with preference given to recipients with a composite ACT score of 28 or above. Sophomore and junior recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
This award shall be made available to students of incoming freshman, sophomore or junior class standing.

Administration: The Donors would like one (1) or more scholarships awarded annually, beginning with the 2022-2023 school year, for tuition, fees, room and board, books and supplies, for a maximum of $22,000, dependent on the available funding.
