Roderick Seward, Flossie Ratcliffe and Helen M. Galloway Foundation Expendable Scholarship - Incoming Freshmen

1. Recipients shall be enrolled or accepted to the College of Engineering.
2. Preference shall be given in the following order as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy:
a. Students with verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
b. Students who are graduates of an Iowa public high school.
This award shall be made available to students of any class standing.
