Ag Leader Technology Inc. Precision Agriculture Scholarship

Recipients shall be in a major within the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering. Recipients shall have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients shall be enrolled in or have taken at least one college level Precision Agriculture course during the period of the scholarship, as determined by the administering authority. Preference shall be given to students with demonstrated interest in or work experience in Precision Agriculture, as determined by the appointed Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Ag Leader Liaison. All awards shall be for one (1) year and may be renewed for one (1) additional year upon meeting the criteria. This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing who have completed a minimum of 45 hours of coursework at the time of selection. Five awards of equal amounts shall be given annually. Ranking of applicants and scholarship preference shall be given to students with demonstrated interest and/or work experience in Precision Agriculture, as determined by the appointed Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Ag Leader Liaison.
