Strand Associates, Inc. Civil and Environmental Engineering Endowed Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be full-time students majoring in civil engineering or environmental engineering.
2. Recipients shall have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
4. Recipients shall be Iowa residents as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
This award shall be made available to students of junior or senior class standing.

Administration: The Donor would like these scholarships to be of significant benefit to the recipients and ask that one (1) scholarship of approximately fifty percent (50%) of in-state tuition be awarded annually, as permitted based on available funds. The number of scholarships awarded may be increased when Distributions grow sufficiently to award additional scholarships without diminishing the significance of the awards.
