Steven Johnson Endowed Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be majoring in construction engineering.
2. Recipients shall have verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.
3. Recipients shall be Iowa residents, as permitted by Federal and State law and university policy.
4. Recipients shall have a cumulative grade point average between 2.5 and 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
5. Preference shall be given in the following order as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy:
a) Students who, through their activities and academic work, exemplify a passion for the construction industry.
b) Students who through their experiences, activities, and academic work will contribute to student body diversity.
C. Eligibility: This award shall be made available to students of sophomore, junior, or senior class standing.
