Carlota Dubon Gutierrez Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be students who have made a commitment or demonstrated a commitment to enhance the culture and/or studies of Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Columbia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Uruguay or Venezuela, as determined by the administering authority and as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy.
2. Recipients shall have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid.
3. Preference shall be given to female students as permitted by Federal and State law, and University policy.
This award shall be made available to students of undergraduate class standing.
