Robert E. and Patricia A. Jester Scholarship

1. Recipients shall be enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
2. Recipients shall be Iowa residents, as permitted by Federal and State law and University policy.
3. Freshman recipients shall have a minimum cumulative high school grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
4. Preference shall be given to students with verified financial need, as documented by the University Office of Student Financial Aid.

This award shall be made available to students of incoming freshman class standing.

Administration: The Donors intend to supplement the Distributions each year to support two (2) scholarships of $10,000 until the endowment is able to sustain this level of funding. At that time the Donors would like the Distributions to be divided equally between the two (2) recipients each year. The number of awards may increase in future years as funding allows.
