Wayne W. Gross Memorial Scholarship

Recipients shall be graduates of a high school located in the State of Iowa with preference given to students from Carroll Kuemper, Carol Public and other Carroll County High Schools in the order listed. While in high school, recipients shall have demonstrated high qualities in the areas of leadership, scholarship and extracurricular activities. Preference shall be given to incoming freshmen.
