Dorothy A. and Norbert F. Whittle Endowed Scholarship

Recipients shall be incoming freshmen from Clayton County in the state of Iowa. Recipients shall demonstrate financial need. Recipients shall demonstrate a challenging family background and have faced challenges of a personal and/or financial hardship. Preference shall be given to graduates of Central Community High School in Clayton County, Iowa.
