Thomas and Billye Hill NCORE-ISCORE Project Endowment

Recipients shall be past attendees of, and actively involved in the NCORE and ISCORE Project as determined by the administering authority. This award shall be made available to students of sophomore, junior or senior class standing. The recipients shall have a minimum of one year remaining at Iowa State University.
