Raymond and Mary Baker Opportunity Awards

Recipients shall be incoming freshmen from any county in the state of Iowa. Preference shall be given to students from Ringgold, Emmet, Adair, Decautr, Clarke, Benton, Mahaska or Dickinson counties. Recipients shall demonstrate financial need. Recipients shall demonstrate a challenging family background. Scholarship is non-renewable.
