Jerome Trout Opportunity Award

Recipients shall be undergraduate students from any county in the state of Iowa. Recipients shall demonstrate financial need. Recipients shall demonstrate a challenging family background. Scholarship may be renewed so long as recipients continue to meet stated criteria.
